Sun Air Cured Tobacco
Sun-Air Cured tobacco is a type of tobacco obtained by hanging it during the drying process. The color of SAC dried leaves ranges from dark orange to brown. SAC tobacco is generally used as a blending ingredient in products such as kretek, which require various types of tobacco to meet product composition requirements. Some regions known as suppliers of janturan tobacco include Jombang, Bojonegoro, Magelang, Ngawi, Boyolali, Tuban, and Garut.
